HR makes up fake reviews. This place is a soulless vacuum of lies with immature leadership that is running the company into the ground in pursuit of their own piggy banks

Pros

Benefits package, your coworkers are typically amazing, work from home

Cons

Management. Bar none the worst favoritism I've experienced in a work place. 3 weeks after laying people off execs were cracking jokes in pre-planned skits during a company wide meeting. I've never seen a company ignore such low morale. They piled on projects and work on already overworked and underpaid people after layoffs with no compensation adjustment. The best part? They only compensate you by labor cost, they don't take cost of living into account at all.

Leadership was just hired from your neighborhood mall feels like. A complete lack of trust from management. Promotion was awarded to idiots. Target market is a bunch of inbreds that still have flip phones. Unrealistic quotas. Favoritism up the rear end.
