Great people to work with. No micromanagement. Flexible time off. Caters to work life balance. Do your work - get left alone. Lots of paid holidays and lots of extra paid holidays announced out of nowhere. Everyone genuinely cares about the customers. Everyone genuinely cares about each other. GREAT COMPANY!

Pros

The work culture is very young and vibrant. It's a pleasure to work and interact with everyone. The leadership practices great transparency. The pay is quite good and there's unlimited PTO.

Cons

While on my team work/life balance is very important, there are clearly some teams that are pushed and work too much and, although their hard work is recognized, I wish there was a larger emphasis on work/life balance. There also is a large issue with career growth within the company; you may be able to climb the ladder a couple of rungs, but anything more would likely be a lateral move to another team.
