Dishonest, poor leadership

Pros

Remote, most of the rank and file employees are great to work with.

Cons

Benefits are constantly being cut. No pto u less requested half a year in advance, and you will still be expected to work and be available. Sales is extremely dishonest and misleads customers into a contract they cannot cancel without paying tens of thousands of dollars. To the point management has explicitly said 'we can't expect sales to be honest', just an oh well...you're also responsible for whatever sales told the customer could be done. Metrics are difficult to hit since the processes are 'one size fits....maybe a third of customers? Good enough" Departments are dissolved and their work dumped onto other teams without any increase in pay or adjustment to deadlines or processes. Expect your workload and responsibilities to be constantly getting added onto without any increase of pay. If you ask about pay, you get put on a s-list.

Pros

-Your coworkers (Other SDRs) you work with are cool and just happy to be there -Health benefits

Cons

-Don't ever come work here. Management needs a massive wake up call. They are on their high horse and barely doing anything in the background while the SDRs hustle hard to get fired left and right for doing so. -You are literally just a number. They will fire you so fast and not even think about you ever again. They are constantly interviewing because they know this. You will not get a severance greater than two weeks. -No EOY bonus at all -You are provided with the worlds worst leads. Literally, you will receive leads that were disqualified a month ago, then recycled back to you in hopes of a different result (insane). -Management is absolutely useless. Does nothing to try to better and coach you up. -Management literally cancels more than half of the scheduled meetings per week for whatever personal reason that pertains to them. -Pay is 60k base and they don't even ever tell you exactly how the commission works. They just say if you hit all of your quota, this is what should be expected. No clear commission structured plan. -You are expected to be up and running by 7:30am and keep your foot on the gas till 4pm+. -You are absolutely nothing more than a glorified telemarketer. -If you miss a day of work, you are expected to make up those dials and emails required for the day. Does not matter if you took 4 days off for PTO, you will be expected to make up those four days of results up, for that month, otherwise it is a violation and you will get written up and put on a coaching plan. -They provide you with a false sense of hoping by talking about promotion possibilities. Instead, usually everyone gets fired over time because all those previously promoted do not coach or assist newer members. -SDRs are supposed to pass interested leads to Account Executives to close the deal. If any of the information the SDR noted during their initial call with the prospect is incorrect, the SDR can lose the entire deal/commission, while the Account Executive can still proceed to close it and make money. (This ones absolutely nuts) -You can have hours of talk time per day, but if you didn't hit your dial quota, you will still be flagged and have the expectation to make up the necessary dials.

Pros

ServiceTitan is a great company and software. Pay is better than your average SDR role. Good benefits as well.

Cons

90% of new hires are terminated or quit within 2 months for not meeting minimum quota. Career pathing in the company is non existent and they give you false hope of roles that aren’t even available to the most tenured reps. The only roles available internally are lateral positions. They would rather hire externally. You will often be stripped of compensation due to caveats in qualification requirement of a prospect that you were never trained to vet for. Many of them completely out of your control.
