Lots of fun perks, kombucha/cold brew on tap, everyone is incredibly friendly. Adancement is possible if you work hard

Cons

Definitely can be cut-throat. People are hustling and working hard, and they expect you do the same. If you slack off or miss a beat, they'll tell you.
