Pros

Great benefits, lots of great individuals, already a market leader that still has huge potential, good place to work if you're in a Sales or Product role, flexible with internal transfers

Cons

Very chaotic environment, extremely siloed, internal communication and cross-functional alignment is poor, the downside of being flexible about internal transfers is that there is A LOT of internal poaching. Can lead new hires to treat their role like auditing a college course, "I'll do this for a year and then I'm free to jump around" I would not recommend this as a place to work if you are a Customer Success/Experience professional. Senior leadership for those departments has turned over every 18-ish months for the last 5 years. There is no clear and consistent strategy outside of buzzwords and most of the CS departments are consistently under-resourced and under-supported given the promises made to customers during the sales cycles.

Pros

Benefits, free food, challenging, decent software

Cons

Company was good when it was younger. Now that it’s matured immensely, you have to be good at work politics in order to survive. We’ve had at least 3 rounds of layoffs while I was there. Keep your head on a swivel. Also very little room for growth

Pros

The people are truly remarkable - passionate, generous, kind, hard working. I am excited to come to work everyday because I know there will be a new challenge and great people to go after it with. There's an incredible balance between exciting work, and the nuance that comes with being a human, balancing family, life, avoiding burnout and everything in between. The benefits and perks are incredible, strategic and thoughtful - in place to help people be their best selves.

Cons

It is fast paced and a high performance culture - so if you're used to a very laid back, overly corporate, chill job where there's not a lot of autonomy and accountability - I would not recommend ServiceTitan to you.
