      Pros

      Mission, team, culture. If you are smart, capable and humble, you will be given room to make an impact every day. There is room to reach your full potential at all levels. There is strong investment in learning and development and even more so for managers. Outside experience and conviction are also very much valued. Company is data driven and encourages debate.

      Cons

      Company is growing at a rapid pace. Those who are averse to change may have challenges.

      - Stressful in learning their program, but I wouldn't really consider this a Con but more of a learning opportuntiy.

      Best year of my professional career

      Pros

      I just completed my first year at Service Titan. It's surreal to think about how much the company has grown, how much we've done, and how much I've grown in just 1 year. Everything happens so quickly here. When I first joined, I was told that the company wants this to be a place where I can "become the best version of myself." Well, I definitely feel like I'm doing my life's best work and having a lot of fun in the process. I appreciate being able to work on things that greatly affect the business and the daily lives of our customers, especially in collaboration with super sharp and supportive coworkers.
