Oh god! I can write a book on how awful the management is. The managers need to learn how to lead. There is ZERO support from the management, HR, and leadership! If you are a woman joining in. DON'T! They will make your life miserable during pregnancy and will do atrocious things to make sure you fail.

Cons

Being an SDR can be ruthless. Expectations are high, wanting both quantity and quality. Rating has less to do with the company and more to do with the role.
