ServiceTitan just isn't what it used to be. I think the good times are a thing of the past. It used to be such a great company, but morale is so low right now. Especially with the mass lay-offs that just happened last week and it's rumored that more are coming even though the CEO said "no more are coming". The people who were laid off are devastated and the people left over are also devastated.
Workloads have doubled with no real plan on how to move forward. How do you just lay off an entire QA Team, customer-facing Trainers who were booked out for an entire month, and now customers have no one to meet with them? Success Managers who are the face of the company to their book of business with no real plan? Customer comms are laughable at best and success managers are being micromanaged into not being honest with the customers they've inherited from those who were laid off.
It's just an absolute mess right now!
They "have a plan to move forward", but it's just not sustainable. This is not the time to come work for this company at all. Everyone is scared about their job security and are starting to look for employment elsewhere.
- In 2022, the CEO said there wouldn't be layoffs yet they laid off 8% (221) of their employees last Wednesday.
- They said they would be adjusting salaries and then told us we misunderstood them. The pay is no longer even close to being competitive.
- They started charging customers more to use the software, but employees are still underpaid.
- The software is great, but they're focusing on the wrong things and customers are growing extremely frustrated including employees.
- A lot of broken promises that just add up to people no longer wanting to work for the company.
- Little to no diversity past your direct manager.
