Pros

Virtually met some great people. The manager that I had really wanted us to succeed and was available at any time. Base salary was okay at $60k (paid at an hourly rate of $28.84 if I recall correctly) and the benefits were great.

Cons

Account list is filled with companies that are either not in business, do not fit ICP, heavily recycled or all of the above. It's sales so I get it, leads are never going to be perfect but I have never ever experienced them being that bad. Most of my cohort were gone by 3-5 months. The fact that the sales managers would say "if you can last here longer than 6 months you can last anywhere" speaks how terrible this place was in regards to opportunities. If you are looking to get into tech/software sales I would advise you not to start here. It will give you a terrible taste and most companies do not operate like this one. SDR's are running the entire discovery calls and are constantly getting their meetings DQ'd for any reason the AE can find. I don't blame them though, I'm sure they have to go through their own set of unrealistic metrics.

Leadership: Unfortunately, the leadership team fell short of expectations. Witnessing talented individuals leave was disheartening, and there seemed to be a lack of second chances. Growth and Skill Development: Disappointingly, growth opportunities were limited, and my skills weren't valued as I had hoped. It felt like personal development took a back seat. Company Culture: The overall atmosphere lacked the support and appreciation that employees deserve. ServiceTitan may suit those unconcerned with personal growth or feeling valued. However, for those seeking a supportive and nurturing work environment, it may not be the ideal fit.

- Remote role allowed for freedom to build your own schedule - Constant interaction with customers of different backgrounds, providing great experience in adapting communication to different personalities

Cons

- Disconnect between departments and teams, creating an environment where employees don't feel accountability - Resources were abundant but chaotic, making the search for simple answers exhausting - Management lacked understanding of processes, which led to unrealistic expectations and employees with overcrowded customer pipelines
