Great coworkers but overwhelming workload and poor culture

Pros

Time off policy Some managers and teammates are the best of the best and truly care about each other and customers.

Cons

Underpaid for the amount of work you do. Constantly shifting priorities that add additional work for no additional pay. Some changes even make you lose pay, like bonus and performance structure changes. Culture that incentivizes leaders to not care and cause burnout for their direct reports. Rampant favoritism across all departments. 10% of the workforce does 90% of the work. Significant lack of QA and training make doing your core responsibilities impossible. Systems are designed to make you fail. Benefits have increasingly gotten worse to cut costs despite all time high in revenue each year.

Pros

Salary Benefits Manager Role was amazing

Cons

The role itself was engaging and well-structured, and I appreciated the opportunities it offered early on. However, as time passed, a pattern of behavior from certain team members created a difficult atmosphere. These behaviors weren’t always loud or visible, but they had a real impact — from overly critical reactions to minor errors to a sense of selective accountability, where not everyone was treated equally. There were moments where the pressure extended beyond work hours, with messages or expectations surfacing before shifts even began. It became clear that navigating the team dynamic required walking on eggshells, especially when it came to how some individuals handled communication and mistakes. What stood out most was that the same treatment wasn’t new — I later realized that others before me had experienced similar interactions. This wasn’t about the job itself, or the company culture as a whole. In fact, my direct leadership was supportive, and I never wanted to escalate things or create conflict. But when the same tension follows different people out the door, it may be time to look closer at where it’s really coming from. I chose to step away quietly, and I genuinely hope the team environment becomes as strong as the company behind it

Pros

None - except for the healthcare benefits

Cons

I've never written a job review before, but what's happening in ServiceTitan’s Sales Development department is brutal. What used to be a solid role with decent pay and clear expectations has turned into a mess. Multipliers were slashed, so you now have to perform 20% better just to get paid 30% less. Quotas are unrealistic, and it feels like leadership is just waiting to PIP or fire most of the team. The new leadership—brought in from Salesforce—has made things worse. They skipped over internal talent and stacked the team with outside hires, crushing morale. The disconnect between leadership and reality on the floor is staggering. The worst part? The way opportunity credit is handled. You can set up a qualified demo with an owner who clearly shows buying intent, but if they end up buying "off books" or change direction, you get nothing. The AE isn’t even incentivized to make the sale in those cases. You only get credit if the deal closes exactly as scoped—so even if the company wins, you lose. I've lost count of how many legit meetings I booked that I never got credit for. It's demoralizing and insane. I wake up angry and frustrated every day. Morale is in the gutter. Can’t wait to get out.
