Pros

Individual contributors are fantastic people. Plenty of work to go around and plenty of net new opportunity in every department. While ST has been around for 10 years and just IPO'd, internally there is massive need for up-leveling every area. The pay is good, the benefits are strong, there's a lot of upside. If you come with lots of SaaS experience, you might be able to help. Might...if you are a "yes man". (see cons)

Cons

Sit down, Shut up. Don't expect to have a voice. Leadership across every team are veterans who have been at ST for a very long time, when the company was small and growing. They are narrow-minded. They do not seek new perspectives. But, none of them have ever worked or led a company of this size. They have zero interest in learning for those who bring deep experience. They will flaunt their core values. They are empty words.

Pros

-Great benefits -Adequate time off

Cons

Employees here are consistently overworked and underpaid. Customers expect the world of you and management expects more, including on days off and holidays. Management is not supportive and will blame you for everything, even when you’ve asked for help. No one has a sense of urgency to anything. You are virtually on an island alone and sending flares off. The issue with that is, help is not coming. You are alone. You have to figure it out alone. There is no rescue team. If I could do it over, i’d run for the hills. While the benefits are incredible, I would say that there is a huge cost that comes with it and that is your mental health. You are supposed to have monthly “career counseling” with management, in the entire time I have been here, I have had 1 of those sessions. Management is consistently late to meetings and then is focusing on your coworkers while meeting with you.
