The managment is purely in it for themselves. They have gone through 3 acquisitions and made tons of $$. Old boys group. No movement in positions. Expectations are unrealistics. Too much travel. Sunday through Friday night.

Pay is lower than the industry. There isn't a workload balance between departments. For example if you are in the Services Org you can expect to work 50+ hours a week (including traveling to customer sites) while other organizations have more realistic work-life balance. In the Services Org you are frequently asked to work undocumented overtime to keep projects on track. Every year, Quarters 1-3 are all about our great numbers and then in Quarter 4 the future looks bleak right when they do annual reviews. Direct line managers have little say in what your annual increase will be - it's always a bucket of money that has to be shared amongst the team.
