Low salary, Glass ceiling , There is an inner circle of selected individuals who can do no wrong. When you try to apply for other Jobs the powers that be will try to say negative things in regards to your character. If there is a Human resource issue MGMT will side with the customer and go against their own employee. The inner circle will bully ,Isolate and sabotage outsiders. By your 2nd year you will know if you are in the inner circle if not you will not last with the company, you will be gone before your 5th year anniversary.

Horrible place and everyone is miserable. People are quitting because they are overworked with no raises and if you do get one its 1.5%. Company is so understaffed and the ones that stay get all the extra work with nothing extra. Coordinators at this company are treated terrible and expected to do so much work load for no pay. Management doesn't care about employees or how over worked they are as long as they make their numbers.
