      Great company if you like BULLSH!T

      Pros

      As a field service tech the perks would have to be getting to see the US including Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, and Hawaii. The company has a great medical plan for employees. They also have great perks like discounts at AT&T, Dell, Ford, GM, and many others.

      Cons

      Poor management. They don't recognize employees very well.

      Pros

      Nothing particular about this contract staffing company that stood out, which is a good thing.

      Cons

      Prior to the start date of my assignment, I noticed that the start date listed on the contract was different from the date given to me. I had to contact them to correct the mistake. This is pretty common in all contracting agencies though, you just have to make sure all the information are correct.

      Pros

      You get to work on very complex and challenging problems every day. The management has been great and the company is growing despite the economy.

      Cons

      The worst thing about working with Siemens Power Generation is ability to change jobs. The are very few jobs available that are not 90% field work. Because of this I am currently looking for a new employer instead of just changing jobs in the company.
