Pros

Flexible on working time. Good if you are interested In sports bettings. Work from home. Mangers are nice.flexible on your schedule.

Cons

Pay isn't grade when compared to work you do. Low potential to grow in full time. As part time, not much benefit that you can take.

Good experience for people who like to watch sports and have free time that they wouldn't mind working during

Pay is low and the hours are not very good (nights and weekends are mostly required)

Cons

The downside is that the company is culturally fragmented from a lot of M&A activity.
