Pros

Humble & dedicated workmates, wise management, amazingly strong work/life balance, encouraging bosses, loads of internal competitive tournaments and thoughtful prizes

Cons

Salary increment can be better. A lot of structural changes recently, a bit disruptive but expected in a high growth company.

Pros

Sports data makes for interesting engineering challenges because not only can it be complex, it also needs to be immediate and highly available. There is never a lack of interesting challenges to tackle. Engineering colleagues are great to work with. There is quite a bit of working together with egos left at the door. Sportradar is also flexible with work arrangements.

Cons

While pay is competitive, benefits and total compensation is a bit lacking. Being on the on-call rotation can take a toll, especially since most sport events happen on evenings and weekends.
