Pros

Table Tennis, Darts, some very nice people, central location, nice office overall and easy job.

Cons

Old school management methods, a very hierarchical organisation more worried about time keeping than actual skills and contribution to the company (which probably is the main reason behind the tremendous amount of office politics). In the Risk department, people eventually either get tired and leave, or settle to the same daily tasks, put their heads down and wait for someone to leave (or for the company's clients' growth) to hope for a promotion.

Pros

Very flexible hours, no extra unpaid overtime, office in very central location.

Cons

My biggest frustration is from micro-managing leaders, and the incompetence from the top management. There is no financial bonuses or added benefits, no motivation or reward for high performance. The pension is the bare legal minimum, very old and depressing office space, no room for personal growth. They focus on hiring as cheap as possible, newly graduated students, and don't increase salaries. All levels of management lack any experience or skills in managing, all the way to the CEO. Sportradar doesn't hire or train managers, they promote based on seniority, not skills and ability.
