1. As a global company it is also a concern how to implement global policies. Colleagues want to be referred to as Sportradar employee rather than Datacentric Corp
2. Crab Mentality culture is evident here in Manila. It is a shame but it is a fact. People love to assume and believes that what they assumed is true. They like to gossip. Even some managers here lead the gossiping and crab mentality culture.
3. It is like kindergarten here, rules have to be imposed consistently. There should always be someone checking other wise productivity, quality, efficiency drops. Even some managers here needs to be checked on when they should be helping the Management in this area.
4. It might not be in all cases but might be that because we are a global company, a big organization at that, at times announcements on changes are set aside. This is a MUST here in Manila, because in this way assumptions and gossips will be minimized.
