Pros
From my personal perspective the role is very challenging, consistently evolving, great interaction with people from different countries and cultures that provides different perspective on solutions to challenges. I could say that this is the best job I have had so far.
Cons
The only negative comment I will have is the luck of any benefits in small offices where no pension, gym membership. Main reasoning for this comment is that every one of the locally based companies offer this and it may create issues for loosing people to this competitors that are also very aggressive in terms of salaries.
