Pros

Office managers care about the workplace climate and try to change it for the better (even though it is already good). Work with very engaged coworkers. You have a lot of opportunities to learn from others. Plenty of opportunities to chill and think (game-room, etc.).

Cons

There seems to be competition within the company (the different locations), which results in "interesting" decisions. Your input might not be deemed important. Compensation tends to stall at some point. Open plan offices can be detrimental to concentration.

Pros

Fun work environment, downtown location, free snacks. You watch and code sports for a job.

Cons

Really crappy pay, hr/management isn't transparent, you get treated like a robot.

Pros

Good people to work here. Hard working and passionate about the industry and consistently striving to contribute.

Cons

There are ongoing concerns with the leadership approach within HR management. The Chief HR Officer has created a hostile work environment, consistently bullying people team. Despite the impact this has on morale, there appears to be little willingness to address the issue. The senior HR team consistently follows her directives, mainly out of fear of repercussions, as previous dissent has led to terminations.
