Pros

+ Great group of people to work with and everyone gets along well + Location is excellent in central London and the office itself is very modern + Some really good social events + Great mobility within the company across different offices + Would disagree with some other posts about "us and them" splits. Have always got on really well with managers as have my colleagues

Cons

- Evening and weekend work is part and parcel of the job - Very male dominated office!
