Pros

Free fruits, coffee, cocoa and parking... So at least there is some consideration in terms of the well-being of the employees, but these perks are more marginal. Quarterly dental/sports training compensation of 75 eur

Cons

Low salary, very intensive job with eyes, not enough air in the room (especially if you don't open the window and have employees in the room 24/7), schedule demands very high flexibility (possible night shifts and in general shifts changing all the time)

- good carreer opportunities - good team collaboration - friendly and polite colleagues - nice and warm atmossphere

Cons

- too low salary for working in shifts - too low salary for a lot of responsibility - too less vacation days for a hard timeschedule
