They really care. Great CEO

Pros

The company really does care about its people. The CEO put out a plan, only after maybe 2 weeks into COVID, promising not to have to lay off any full time employees for the entire 2020 year. Considering that sports had completely shut down for months, this was a tremendous commitment. I am told that commitment was met. This says a lot about the company. Terrific!

Cons

US business is fast growing. We are a bit understaffed in my opinion.

Pros

easy to get job some nice colleagues from different countries.

Cons

no culture. no opportunities. bad pay. bored colleagues. the only culture is between small group of colleagues who have been here 10+ years and are happy to get paid for doing minimum. there is reason the average stay is ~2 years. nothing modern about work practices. company from 10 years ago are more modern than this office. "englisch speaking" office but 90%+ german only. new colleagues trying to learn new job and cannot understand what is happening around them. all the time people complain about each other. if you join, you never get promotion because there is nothing to promotion to.
