Pros

Very flexible with scheduling. Nice bonus job that you can do after work. Not too difficult and if you’re already watching the game you might as well be getting paid for it. Supervisors and management are great and schedule very well.

Cons

Hard to get a lot of hours after the month of November. Guaranteed to work at least part of a Saturday almost every week.

Pros

- Talented and helpful colleagues—many of the engineers are genuinely great people to work with. - Strong tech stack and interesting challenges. - Used to have excellent flexibility and remote work culture.

Cons

- Since late 2024, major cultural shift after leadership changes and new policies. - Mandatory 3-days-per-week office return with little justification—regardless of performance or team setup. - Poor communication from upper management, especially around policy changes. - Pay increases are notoriously difficult to get—unless you resign, which suddenly opens negotiation. - Morale took a big hit after the CEO’s December 2024 announcement and hasn’t recovered since.
