Pros

- They reimburse a part of the price of lunches (when buying food from the vending machine in the office). - No overtime, everyone goes home punctually after the working day. - Loyal to working hours. You can always agree to postpone the start or end of the working day if something happens. - 2 times a year big corporate parties, several times a year they go out to play tennis/volleyball etc. - Opportunity to work in another country / in another office of the company after a few years of working for the company. - Opportunity to attend conferences at the company's expense.

Cons

- not allowed to use software not approved by the information security service - clowns in management who urge people to switch to vegan food, and who constantly distract from the real work - coding with all sorts of organisational issues, which in theory they should do themselves (since they are managers). - no code review
