* international community * above industry average salaries * diverse training opportunities provided

Cons

* not recommended for people who cannot cope with extreme levels of stress (at most times). Due to the recent transformation of the company to an IPO, all processes are undergoing rapid changes, which necessitates extra pro-activeness and long working hours to optimize the systems/processes, built new ones and simultaneously manage the regular activities.

I had a great time at Sportradar, had a great development career path. Great colleagues, Great management! Career Opportunities are there, if you do well!

Cons

Industry. We didn't went exclusively went for Sport, we did Sport betting advertising, which was just a mindset problem for me on the long run.
