Pros

Nice management. Flexible schedule. Usually no penalties unless you do something really awful. In other words, nice people treated nicely. Relatively competitive salary. It's a good start for your career if you are a student and fond of foreign languages. Possibility to work remotely.

Cons

Not many opportunities to grow professionally. And at one point your salary will reach its highest potential. Night shifts, 8-hour gaps.

Pros

You can meet some awesome people! The team lead that I had was amazing!!!

Cons

They cheat with salaries, by hiring young students and paying them less from what they are actually getting from the vendors. They cheated on my commission, and when I addressed that to them, they portended like they have no idea. I had a baby boy on the way, and they didn't even payed me my salary!!! There is more to tell, but you can see it from those things that this is not a good company to work for!!!!!

Pros

SYA is a place to start your career path, good to work up to 1 year to get some experience, practice English or other languages. They hire students, offer flexible schedule. It highly depends on a project you are in, some of them offer business hours.

Cons

Flexible schedule is: night shifts, 8-hour gaps between the shifts, weekend shifts, no days off on national holidays (including New Year's Eve and Christmas). No social package, no salary review, limited options for promotions.
