SYA is a place to start your career path, good to work up to 1 year to get some experience, practice English or other languages. They hire students, offer flexible schedule. It highly depends on a project you are in, some of them offer business hours.

Cons

Flexible schedule is: night shifts, 8-hour gaps between the shifts, weekend shifts, no days off on national holidays (including New Year's Eve and Christmas). No social package, no salary review, limited options for promotions.

None, you gotta try to understand what Im talking about.

Cons

You need to cover 5 projects at the base salary of one, slavery work basically and also not friendly workspace nor environment. Specially if you are not Ukrainian. Moreover, they will end your contract without no warnings or what so ever.
