Pros

While working there, I met many interesting and talented people (colleague).

Cons

Weak processes, salary increases happen gradually, by $100 per month, even if they raise your salary by $300, you get the full plus to your salary only in 3 months, because of one colleague very many good people were fired, and others just quit.

I have all the support needed to do my job. I know what is expected of me since it is clearly communicated and enabled by my manager. All of the people that I have worked with so far, within or outside the project have all been kind, helpful and very skilled.
