Remote work, If you are just starting your career, then it is a good option.

Cons

More than 90% of the comments and reviews are fake made by managers or by forcing support consultants to make them. A lot of discrimination, no growth opportunities at all. You get told that there are a lot of internal positions to grow into, but that's a lie and the growth is very limited. If you have a look into the company and those who are in managerial positions, it's only Ukrainians. Compensation is not that competitive, a lot of micromanagement, racism and complete lack of transparency and stress. You get no benefits, you are under freelance contract but need to perform employee duties, with fixed schedules, fixed compensation, PTO, hiearchy which feels illegal but they're just trying to avoid paying taxes.

Pros

The constant learning and training process. Yoy always feel you develop your career and grow. The environment is also great, as we have a great communication, and activities that engage people and create a healthy working space.

Cons

So far, everything is good; I don’t have any negatives.
