Pros

Discount Decent name to have on your CV Depending on where you work, co-workers can be nice Prime locations: accessible

Cons

Everything else: electronic rota system means that even if you work part time, you can't have any other commitments. You cannot refuse overtime, unless it's more than +100% of your contracted hours

Pros

The District Manager for Swarovski at our Wrentham location ensures that she interacts wit every single employee in the company out of her several stores in the district.

Cons

The high volume of tourists can be a bit overwhelming at first especially when most do not speak english or even very hard to understand. The longer you are here, you learn different ways to go about helping them as best as possible.
