Pros

Occasional incentives to get rid of GWPs, people will often remember you and request you, try their best to accommodate schedule requirements for students, people with more than one job, etc.

Cons

if you call in sick you have to find your own replacement, shifts change a lot often without notice.

When I worked for Swarovski, I opened the store at Hillsdale Mall in San Mateo, I worked there until January 2010. I had the supervision of 6-8 girls. My duties consist of scheduling, making sure my crew provided the best customer service, and that they were also knowledgeable of the product, memberships, and everything that entail what Swarovski was all about.. Communicated with District Manager periodically sand attended meeting in which I learned the new things Swarovski had to offer and the many ways of making it attractive to the public.

Cons

Not much to say I loved everything Swarovski did. Maybe a little bit more of recognition when doing a good job.

Pros

Great company with great opportunities and really do care about their customers and ensuring that customer service is first class, management really encourage this.

Cons

Very little training and whilst management care about customers they often forget staff and don't take into account their lives or feelings.
