Pros

Swarovski is a world recognized brand. They do well in the retail space, however they are a conflicted family owned business with a varied set of practices across the portfolio of businesses. Fair benefits.

Cons

Leadership is severely lacking. No training opportunities for anyone no matter level. Toxic work environment.

Thank you for your review, you have made several interesting points in your review and we value your feedback. We have already begun to address many of these points, by hiring additional trainers to better support our retail employees and adding in additional online training options to support both home office and field employees. In addition, each year we evaluate our benefit package and strive to offer competitive benefits for our employees, including a tuition reimbursement program for full-time permanent employees. We are also working hard to improve communication amongst the divisions by adding in monthly Town Halls and an Omni-channel approach to our customer service model. As I am sure you know we pride ourselves on an open-door policy and value feedback from current and former employees.

Pros

Retail department heads are great and culture is good but management side sucks with top heads giving a dame . If you want to join, join sales marketing team or stores . Good employee discount.

Cons

At management side you are not allowed to talk to team members ... super micro management. Counts minutes of time in out. Shouting is common culture . Snubbing and harrssment is no big deal. Blame game and high politics. No processes . No one stays more than 4-5 months only because of bad culture.

Pros

Hardly any apart from very few genuine people who still work for the company

Cons

No support at all from Senior Mangement including all departments and especially HR , marketing , visual merchandise etc This company is full of politics and only if you follow them you can see some sort of progression. Hard working people get lost and unfortunately rules apply only for certain employees and not for all of them HR department is the worst i ever experienced in my career so far with lack of support and communication with their employees Zero recognition from area Managers And higher Management CEO level Fake promises and fake people who all they do is lick in order to do well in their excisting positions Would i ever recommend someone to work for Swarovski Uk? Certainly NO unless you are fake ...
