-Friendly Co-workers -Some room to grow -Employee discount

Cons

-You might not get a break in an extended long period...(I have worked a 9 hours shift only getting a 30-minute break after 6 hours on the stand) but it's understandable during peak times in retail -Weird service ethics, the company provides little support for the customer service, but relies on the employees to create a great "luxury" experience

Swarovski takes great pride in providing world-class customer service to our customers. We established extensive hands-on training for all employees so that they can further relate our product to the consumer. Our brand and reputation for selling quality merchandise is heavily influenced by our employees and we rely upon them to provide exceptional, knowledge and which translates to an inviting current and future shopping experience. We will continue to refine our training process to further ensure the consumer and employees are satisfied on all levels.
