Great employee discount, being able to wear newest pieces, flexible shifts

Cons

Favouritism of management decides how many shifts you'll get, with some casuals not having equal learning opportunities. Lack of culture and certain employees unfriendly. Casual racism, such as targeting certain POC to wear deodorant/hair styling During holidays, up to 3 hours standing at the door holding a tray of products, can hurt back.
