Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. At Swarovski, we truly value constructive employee and customer feedback, both positive and negative. Our hope is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued. We are of course, thrilled to read your Pros: “Good pay, team rewards” as we strive to create an environment where teamwork can flourish and thus focus on a team bonus/reward verses individual commission. At Swarovski we feel that when we work as a team, we are better able to achieve our goals and provide superior customer service. As for your comment “Work isn't flexible, staff weren't great” we are disappointed that you were unhappy with the schedule and team. However as much as we try to accommodate our staff with regards to scheduling, the nature of the retail business does dictate working a variable schedule and we are not always able to work around other commitments. As for the staff, we do strive to create an inclusive environment and encourage our employees to share any concerns with their manager, a member of HR or Upper Management. Our Global Retail Bonus Program, was in fact created to compensate our associates based on the achievement entire store and the company, verses the individual to in fact foster a team environment. We are sorry that you had a negative experience and hope to welcome you back into our stores as customer, we also want to thank you for taking the time to leave a review and wish you much success in your future endeavors.

Of course, we are thrilled to read your list of Pros: “Co-workers extremely friendly, helpful, flexible” Please note here at Swarovski we believe in fostering an environment where teamwork can flourish and in investing in our people and we are especially proud of the investment that we make in our training programs, providing our employees with the training they need to succeed and get to the next level with Swarovski and in their future endeavors. As for your Cons: “Summer season late working hours” we are sorry that you are not happy with the hours as we strive to be flexible but often the demands of retail require us to work when our customers shop. This can and does include weekends and evenings and extra hours over the holidays. Although the hours may not be ideal, they do afford our employees the opportunity in partnership with their managers to have a flexible schedule and many people do like this aspect of the role. We also encourage our associates to partner with the managers during the hiring process to determine if our flexible schedule will work for them, so they are aware of the job requirements before starting. Of course, we love when employees want to share their positive experiences with us and are glad to see you gave us 5 stars and loved reading your comments %E2%80%9CBeautiful products to sell, a brand that has history with new techniques%E2%80%9D as we strive to be innovative and add Sparkle to Everyday Life with our products. As for your concerns %E2%80%9CThe warranty of the products lasts 2 years and not more%E2%80%9D I am not sure if this is a Con or additional feedback? As this is a better warranty than many other retailers offer and allows our customers to buy with confidence knowing we will stand behind our product. I will however share your feedback with the product team and customer service to determine if this policy should be revisited.
