We are of course thrilled that you list as Pros: “pay wages on time”, “good teamwork” and “focus on store bonus” as team work is the cornerstone of our success and the foundation for our Global Retail Incentive Program (Bonus Program). Adding a team approach to our retail employees bonus structure, we felt would help us improve and build upon the team environment in our stores and provide better customer service to our clients. As for your Cons : “everything is decided by the store manager, the employee has no voice in something, no promotion room", please note we have an excellent record of promoting from within and working with associates during the mid-year and year-end reviews to listen to their ideas and find out what is important to them, and creating Individual development plans to identify what they need to do to achieve their short and long-term career goals and move to the next level. We are sorry if this has not been your experience at Swarovski and we suggest you talk with your manager and HRBP about your career goals and how to achieve them.
