We are proud, that as part of our compensation program, we offer a full benefits package to all our Full-Time employees and a modified benefit package to our PT employees, including the ability to participate in our 401K. We also are proud to offer a generous employee discount, the discount along with our retail employee allotment are two of the most revered benefits among our retail employees. As for your concerns about long hours, we understand that flexibility in scheduling is important to employees, and it is always our goal to accommodate our employees’ busy lives as much as possible and to balance this with the needs of the business. Please note we have an open-door policy and encourage our employees to reach out to a member of our management or HR Team to make sure their concerns are addressed and handled strategically and effectively in a timely matter. Good Retail Experience

Pros

I worked at Swarovski for almost 3 years while in college. It was the best retail job I had. My managers were excellent, caring, and hardworking people. Our upper management people were very approachable and involved. They often came to our store and asked us what we thought could be done better on their end. They offered full benefits to full-time employees which was really nice.

Cons

They should pay their people more. Especially when they are full-time. I also saw very little room for growth past the store level.

Of course, we love when employees want to share their positive experiences with us and are glad to hear that working for us “was the best retail job” and “My managers were excellent, caring, and hardworking people. Our upper management people were very approachable and involved”. Feedback such as yours makes me proud to work here. As for your concerns “They should pay their people more”, please note we are constantly evaluating our pay scales based on local markets and employee feedback, and to that end, we recently implemented a new bonus program to address employee concerns over compensation. In addition you expressed a concern about "very little room for growth past the store level.", we are proud to share with you that in our Retail Stores in the United States, since the start of 2019 we have promoted over 20 employees to management positions. We have also had several promotions in our corporate offices since the start of 2019. We encourage our employees who are interested in a promotional opportunity, to work with their immediate supervisor on an Individual Development Plan to help them achieve their goals. Please note we also have an open-door policy and encourage our employees to reach out to their supervisor, a member of our management or HR Team to make sure their concerns and ideas for the betterment of the company are addressed and handled strategically and effectively in a timely matter, as only with constructive feedback from our current and former employees as well as our customers can we improve and remain relevant in today’s ever changing world Once again thank you for your feedback, we wish you much success in your future endeavors.
