Pros

- Good staff discount. - Generous holiday allowance. - Overtime opportunities - due to everyone leaving.

Cons

- Horrendous staff turnover. - Severe changes to company in very short time. - Redundancies with no prior warning. - Long term staff sicknesses - staff being allowed to go off sick for yearsleaving the rest of the team very short staffed and over worked. Not able to recruit new team members. - Unrealistic expectations of staff - No sneezing on the shop floor. Must stand with arms by sides at all times. - Horrible sales process - being forced to say unatural sentences to customers and make pushy sales gestures, graded over a 3 page observation checklist.. Uncomfortable for both staff and customer. - Under appreciated for very hard work - practically working 3 different job roles and getting paid a low wage. - The people running this company expect staff to be available monday to sunday on a part time contract, fully flexible with no other commitments. This rules out people attending college or uni, people who have children or another part time job. So basically the majority. - Other branches allowed to refuse refunds in order to get their staff bonus. - Issues raised with Senior Management and nothing ever gets resolved due to extremely poor communication. - The company is constantly pulling lines of jewellery due to 'legal issues' or design faults. - Promotions and launch dates get changed last minute - The promise of a free gift to every loyalty card member in the month of their birthday gets changed to 'when they buy two pieces of jewellery'. Unacceptable after sending out emails offering the customer a free gift. - No opportunities to progress - promises made of advancements and training but it never happens. Has become all about the money and all hope is lost for employees. The company has gone so downhill so quickly I cannot begin to imagine where they'll be this time next year having had so many staff leave and unable to fill the vacancies due to their outragous requirements. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would go out of my way to deter people from ever working here.

Pros

Each day is a new experience. The atmosphere is filled with sparkle and the excitement you get from clients and tourists familiar with the brand keeps it refreshed. They also do a great job of giving you the right educational tools about its products and collections so you never feel lost on how to sell a product. Good pay and bonuses and they pay weekly. Client loyalty is huge in this company so if you dont want to build connections and relationships with the clients, this place is not for you.

Cons

Career growth is pretty slow. Some days are really annoying when customers only wants to browse and look at the 'pretty things' instead of purchasing. Store managers always have heavy workloads and
