Pros
I don't think there are good pros, the benefits are okay, I had to use a lot of my medical care.
Cons
It is a place where you have to work very hard to get a decent salary, they suck your energy out of you, you have to work 6 days a week, doing extra hours of work, which you are not paid for, they are not flexible at all, I study in a very nice college, but they don't care about it and make me miss a lot of classes. It is a company that does not care about their employees.
