      Syneos has a good culture and great opportunity to get foot in the door to Pharmaceuticals.

      Cons

      Being on a contract can have its challenges as you make less then your counterpart but expected to do same amount of work.

      Some good middle level managers who try to support

      Cons

      Lot of pressure for numbers, but not really providing support to achieve goals or quality of work. Employees are dispensable, many managers are indifferent and leadership just pushing for results, without understanding what they should do to improve them
