Cons

Customer Care gradually was transitioned into another sales department while I was there. After solving an issue for an angry customer you had to pitch them a product or service. Another major (and actually worse) issue was constantly changing work schedules. Your schedule must change every quarter, and you had to bid on the schedule you wanted based on performance. Performance was loosely based on quantifiable factors like call times, but largely based on what your supervisor thought about you personally. I was a top performer and still was outbid frequently by other employees that were more “favorable” or popular. This schedule policy made it almost impossible for parents to work at T-Mobile and maintain childcare for their kids.
