Pros

T-Mobile really does Care for the employees they hire. It’s one big family. The pay is great and you make monthly bonuses. You get incentives just for doing your best. They hold banquets for their employees, paid holidays , pto, wfh free passes and free therapy sessions. They pay your baby sitter !! They pay for your college intuition !! T-Mobile is the best company to work for.

Cons

Mentally stressing, the amount of bashing you have to take from customers is wearing and tearing
