Pros

Best benefits I’ve ever had. The pay is good for the job title.

Cons

You are required to meet metrics and pour out empathy until you have none left for yourself and you’re miserable at the end of every day.

Pros

Phone plan discount is going to be the only pro I will give.

Cons

They will ask you to do things that are morality wrong. They do not respect ADA accommodation and are very harassing. They can force your to work from home and then force you to come back and work in person. One manager can agree to and accommodation and then the next say too bad that doesn't work for me. Not a place to work if you have young children still school age or younger. The newest CEO was the worst thing to happen to the company. Tenure means nothing to them.
