Pros

They always pay on time and the salary is quite good. The environment and the working contitions are also good. They organise parties, excursions where you get to eat/drink for free and have a good time. The co-workers are very good and helpful.

Cons

Not all the supervisors are good, some shouldn't be in this position: they do not deserve to manage other people. They aren't human and don't care about the employees. I had a really really hard time when I was sick and I had to throw up many times before they propose me a sick leave. The worst experience ever!

Really great company, but the work can be frustrating

Pros

- Very nice working environment (buildings are modern and clean); - Great and helpful colleagues, fun environment; - Good management and HR support (at least in my experience); - Very good training scheme; - Good salary (at least for Greek standards), with possibility of getting an bonus as well; - Salary always paid on time and without problems; - Possibility to be promoted if you work well; - Not much stress, once your shift is over, you forget work completely.

Cons

While the company and environment are great, the work itself is not so great. It's a call center, and it can get really quite annoying to have to interact with clueless and/or aggressive customers (but it's simply part of the job).

Cons

The training isn't very good, and does not prepare you for taking calls. They have a young management team, who lack leadership and managerial skills. My concerns about being put on a late shift for six weeks on a days notice were dismissed. Basically, it's all about stats, control, rigidity, policy. I, and others had 8 days of training, which did not prepare us for our role. There were no handouts, interactive activities or anything that really captured the spirit of learning a discipline.
