Shift timing issue.

Pros

The people are good and help you if you get stuck in something.

Cons

The Sunday shift is a nightmare you only get 5 hours of free time before next shift starts because normally the shift timings are 1 month 3:30 pm to 12:30 am and 1 month 12:30 am to 9:30 am so when it's 12:30 to 9:30 am shift on Saturday you'll have to come to office at 7:30 pm on the same day so you get less time to rest.
