Hectic schedules & poor management. The company only oriented to getting work from the agents but not providing pay as per the work & not having healthy environment

Overall Good for Non tech background professionals

Pros

First of all , its a good field to start a career with non tech background and on an average to pursue a healthy lifestyle on Kolkata or most of the Tier II cities. People could get an opportunity to grow and highlight themselves to the field with a certain promotions at a good level with a minimum experience of 1-2 years and could grab a higher package and better designations as well.

Cons

In this case I could say management is a bit toxic and people are less paid based on the working hours.
