Training is very easy and informative, very easy to get promoted to a supervisor, trainer, recruiter or manager, the agents are very nice and it is a very fun environment.

Cons

Very hard to find parking

Pros

TP training period can be a great boost to your self confidence and definitely build bridges to create a great teamwork. Managers, Supervisors and Agents strive to excel in each account to keep values as Accountability, Trust and Reciprocity. Integrity is highly promoted by the management and they strive to improve in a daily basis. During the day shifts they do a lot of fun things - giveaways, promotions, movies, food.

Cons

On the site of Boca Raton, there is not enough parking lot and it could be complicated if your car is towed. Promotion is not easy to get. There is not always the right people for the right job.
