- Fun place to start even with 0 to no customer service experience. - lots of potential for growth from agent to supervisor to ACM or a CCM - Internal transfer policies

Cons

- Higher management is sometimes unaccessible even with open door policy. - Low Pay

Somewhat flexible schedules for management, even if you are expected to be on call 24/7

Cons

Terrible, below market wages. Absolutely no communication of expectations, nor are we as managers given the tools to succeed. All of which leads to higher than industry-standard turnover, which somehow still comes as a shock to the C-Suite.
