Reliable Employer!

Pros

Can handle many different clients, so there is no constant worry about job security and layoffs Upper management truly cares about employees and has gone above and beyond in hard times So many opportunities for advancement and career paths at all levels Extensive opportunities for travel and extra job experience

Cons

Lower pay at entry level positions, but opportunity for annual raises, bonuses, and career advancement Have to "do your time" to get the benefits
